I really like this shower head but I have an unresolved issue with it. After turning on the water, it doesn't stay in place at all. The shower head moves down rapidly to the end of its natural course. I contacted the manufacturer for help and they suggested something that didn't work. They didn't offer an exchange so I had to send it back through Revain and order a replacement. Let's hope the replacement works as it should. I am disappointed that the manufacturer told me to send it back to Revain, after all they emailed me this: You should have received your shower head order by now and I am just making sure you receive it in perfect condition . condition and without problems. Let's see how good the replacement is. UPDATE: Ordered a replacement as the first one didn't last. The second came with a broken nozzle. I returned too. Won't try the third one.
