I bought 2% Lanthanum on recommendation from Jody on Youtube where he hosts a wide range of how to videos, MIG, TIG etc. I found it best for my purpose. He actually welds professionally, so he can demonstrate techniques that aren't in books or familiar to beginners, but make videos for his own enjoyment. Jody goes by the pseudonym WeldingTipsAndTricks. Now Tungsten Electrodes; Very well finished and packaged in a convenient open case. A note on thoriated electrodes. I take the radioactive warning about thoriated chopsticks very seriously and avoid them altogether.
