It allows you to create different levels of access which provides additional control over who can see what data when they need to view or edit files in an environment such as ours that has multiple clients with varying needs. The ability to lock down documents by type (data/financial) also helps us keep our financials secure from prying eyes while providing them full transparency into how we are managing their assets. Not much - just pick this software up if your organization deals heavily in confidential material. We've been able use it more than once since implementing it so far there have not really been any issues reported aside form some minor confusion at first until everyone gets used to using it. Being able to give limited access permissions to users quickly and easily within our document management system has made things easier for both employees and managers alike!
