Review on Tidy Cat BREEZE Refill Pads by Janet Gonzalez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I love this little system!

My cats rarely poop in there but when they do they get out easily enough. I don't even use a shovel. I just take paper towels and pick out feces. The best part is the urinal. I have four cats. They all use it. One (or more) of my cats peed in the dining room and hallway. I put the pan in a hidden corner of the dining room and they use it instead of pissing on the floor. And honestly, you can't smell it when you enter the room! A urine pad lasts a week, says Tindy Cat, with a cat. Well, at four, you can imagine, not that long. But what I like about it is the lack of smell. Once I left the pad on for too long and there was liquid in the bowl. I dumped the liner and liquid in the trash can in the kitchen because I was going to take the trash out afterwards, but got distracted by other things. That evening I opened the jar while preparing dinner. no smell I accidentally left the lid open all night. The next morning I went to make coffee, but I still couldn't smell it. I don't know what TinyCat uses for odor control, but it's amazing. Oh, and my cats tend to look at the back of the pot so all of the urine is facing the front. I just pull out the tray, turn it over and put it back. When the whole pad gets dirty I throw it away. I will buy at least one more pan, maybe two. The only thing I would change would be to make it taller (3 of my cats are LARGE) and maybe make the skirt a little higher in the front. Cats scratch a small amount of "litter" on the floor.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not bad
