Good for $20 shoes, but not for running
For the price they work, but if you have to run or walk really long distances, invest in better quality shoes. For weight lifting, mat work, or general travel, this is fine. They are light but offer poor support when walking, jogging etc. They are lower quality, not as breathable as I would like and have poor heel support compared to something like the Brooks.
