This appeared to be a quality product but was not functional. Initial setup seemed ok. Powered on, connected via Bluetooth, phone book downloaded from cells. When you're done, you'll see 69 contacts. This is where the good ends. Access to the phone book failed. Follow the included setup guide closely and repeatedly. The setup guide suggests browsing through the phone book entries, pressing (CID + volume button + book picture), error messages, "base out of power" (was), "unavailable" etc. Scrolling through the menu got this Phone book not shown but showed 'Directory' by selecting Directory gave 'Browse', selected > blank screen. Tried an online search, not a manual but mostly an FAQ which made navigation difficult and didn't show many items related to the search terms constantly referencing different models even after repeatedly typing the correct model #vs112-4. Multiple times! Tried via phone # contact. The language menu options refer to the steps shown in the setup guide. Decided to speak to the man. Result"Long wait", hold until "Leave name and number for callback". Three hours later they didn't call back. Tried calling the same options again. Decided to return the product but posting here to help someone else decide.
