I did a lot of research when deciding on this suit. It is worth reading the previous reviews and sticking to the size chart. This is a UK size, not a US size, but if you follow the instructions you won't be disappointed. Also remember that the costume is suitable for tall skinny boys like my son. FYI he is 5ft 6" and about 100lbs (45kg) - we ordered XL (20). I found a very good quality white shirt and it ironed well, others say they would have replaced it with something better but as you can see, it's a beautiful white crisp shirt and it did the job. The quality of the costume is excellent for the price and I lightly ironed it with a warm iron before use. My son was very happy when he arrived! He wore it to the school party (Hollywood themed) and then to the dance. I believe it will still fit him for 6-12 months, I could probably take my pants off to accommodate the size. We didn't use the tie provided, it's quite short but if you tuck it into a vest/jacket nobody will tell the difference.
