In addition, both men and women can wear them. However, I encountered a problem when using these tapes. The stripes are a little smaller than I expected. I would recommend that you measure your wrist before purchasing to ensure you are getting the correct size. Overall I think Hang Loose Bands are a great addition to your accessory collection.
