Place the speakers in the helmet before attaching the Velcro. I have a huge head and my ears do NOT line up where the speakers should be. If you compare it to a $500 headset, you're wasting your time. This is a budget headset. For what I actually paid this is an amazing headset. I drive with my wife and I really enjoy talking to my wife. When I walk alone, I listen to music. After about 55 km/h the music is barely audible, but I can't hear well. Again, this is perfect for the cost. You'll hear complaints about the quality of the speakers, their fit and finish, etc., but this is a budget communications set.
