a real headband doesn't hurt!
Perfect fit. Tight enough to keep it in place, but loose enough behind your ears for easy wearing all day. Even with the headset (which I wear to work) The only complaint is that the knot on some headbands needs some adjustment. They needed to be loosened and pulled down more evenly. However, it's easy to make your own! I can recommend them unreservedly and will buy them again if the need arises
