Comfortable but my issue was that there were absolutely no instructions on how to install or assemble it. After a bit of trial and error, my daughter and I were able to figure it out. Another issue is that it has three buttons holding an additional case where only two buttons worked. The third didn't have a locking ring to help it snap into place. When you pay that kind of money for something, you expect better. So overall it looks like a quality control issue, but I'm happy with it.
