Review on 🌈 Enhanced Lighting Experience: Globe Electric Equivalent Multicolor Activated Solution by Joe Mendez

UPDATE: I'll keep the original review below, but the Globe app offered the option to update the firmware on each bulb. After the update, they no longer turned themselves on and responded correctly to schedules and voice commands through my Echo Show. It's been 7 months since we first bought them and no other bulb had a filament as below. It must have been a mistake. They turn themselves on (whether via the Globe app or the Alexa command) just minutes after they've been turned off. We need to turn off the wall switch so the lightbulbs don't come on. Unfortunately, I learned this the first night we installed them. They also don't turn on immediately. The first one will turn on after 3-60 seconds and the other 5 (different lights) will turn on for the next 5 minutes. It's annoying. None of the other brands of Wi-Fi smart bulbs we have do this, even on the same fixture. However, this is the only configurable white Edison smart bulb I've been able to find, so we're working to eliminate confounding factors. If other brands did this I would send them back. One of the bulbs had burned out an amber-white filament today, just a week after installation. It started flickering and now doesn't light up at all no matter what I do in the app (pic). The blue and white threads in it still work but I will be returning this one. Fingers crossed the other 5 don't do the same anytime soon. That should last 15 years at 3 hours a day. Just take a look.
