A WiFi extender is a must!

I had no problems with either the Globus or the suite. I think once you get the hassle out of adding them to your set things will go pretty smoothly. It's always hard to leave a review because you don't necessarily want the seller to look bad for a good product, but you have to answer questions you don't know the answer to because the product doesn't work for you but you want to to leave a review. For this product I bought 4 to use outdoors just under the eaves in my house and to be able toโ€ฆ

UPDATED: Fixed glitches but some threads died after a week.

UPDATE: I'll keep the original review below, but the Globe app offered the option to update the firmware on each bulb. After the update, they no longer turned themselves on and responded correctly to schedules and voice commands through my Echo Show. It's been 7 months since we first bought them and no other bulb had a filament as below. It must have been a mistake. They turn themselves on (whether via the Globe app or the Alexa command) just minutes after they've been turned off. We need toโ€ฆ

Pretty good overall

This is really cool, the colors are a great bonus for temperature/brightness control. I also like that I can group lights and control multiple bulbs as a set. There are just a few things I wish they could improve: 1) 750 lumens isn't that bright. Even with three of them at max brightness, my living room still feels a bit dark. I would really like to see a 1000+ lumen version. 2) The lowest brightness setting still seems too bright, much higher than dimming an incandescent bulb or some otherโ€ฆ
