Review on ROMOSS by James Murphy

I wouldn't recommend ROMOSS if you're in the market for premium phone cords, chargers, or power adapters. Their wares may have a novel appearance, but they are anything but practical and trustworthy. In search of a practical answer to my regular charging problems, I recently placed an order with their online shop for a power bank and charger. When the gift finally arrived, though, I was severely let down. My phone couldn't even get a full charge from the power bank, let alone anything else. In addition to being slow and odorous, the charger was useless. Worse worse, their web shop is disorganized. The layout is muddled, and information about the products is scant. The website acts as though it provides in-depth explanations and feedback from customers, but in reality it does neither. I came up empty in my search for relevant information. Their customer service was unprofessional and uninterested when I reached out to them with my issues. They didn't address my complaints or provide any viable options. In sum, ROMOSS is a vendor that makes empty promises. Avoid disappointment and irritation by shopping elsewhere for your cell phone's charger, power adapter, and other peripherals.
