I was looking to replace my full 1st Gen Core i7 quad core processor with this little box and its quad core Celeron processor , which according to many testing websites is about the same performance, with support for DDR4 and all that. Well, it doesn't seem quite on par, but the Core i7-870 isn't that much faster. The problem is that CentOS7 cannot be installed with the built-in WLAN card - some kind of incompatibility. Works great with Windows 10. I haven't tried other distributions. To make it work, the key here is to remove the wireless card from the motherboard. The mistake I made was that I also disconnected the antenna cables and now I can't reattach it. When installing Centos7, remove the screw and remove the card from the slot, but DO NOT disconnect the antenna cables. Just stick it to the side of the case or similar so it can be swapped out if needed. I tried replacing the card after installing CentOS and still had problems. I don't really need WiFi here, but if there was one I'd probably get a cheap Edimax 802.11N USB wireless extender or something.
