We tried L and XL and that's what I found.
I bought two of these for my husband who is 6ft 2in and about 210lbs to try on (free returns) in 'white'. a place to move around comfortably but the XL was PERFECT. The shirt is sewn VERY WELL, nice fabric and looks great on him =o) I'm thinking about buying another one in a different color.
- 100% high quality cotton fabric: good ability to be delicate, breathable and moisture-wicking, soft and comfortable to the touch.
