Securely attaches to vent and phone. Unfortunately, wireless charging stopped after a week. I still use it to hold my phone and connect the cable when I need to charge it. It works but not worth the price as a simple holder. [March 2020 Update] I was contacted by the seller with a sincere apology and an offer to fix the situation with the new device. I was surprised and grateful for the concern expressed in the email. I accepted the offer and received a new device yesterday. It appears to be a different model but with the same basic features. I was impressed and grateful how they handled it. Upgrading from stars to 3 (from 1) for service points. I'll wait a bit and update it above if the new charger continues to work the way it has been (and how it originally worked). [Updated November 2020] The new charger is different and has been working consistently well since receiving it. That. I haven't traveled much in the last six months due to COVID but it has helped me. I will say that the new model is nice because it opens and closes automatically instead of having to press/hold buttons. But sometimes it gets confused and I have to use the buttons to open and close it again. Overall I am satisfied and have raised my rating to four stars.
