I wanted to love this. I really think it's a great product, just not for me. My skin is too sensitive, my hair looked great, but my scalp started itching and ulcerating after using it. I had to go back to RX Shampoo and Free and Clear Conditioner until my skin calmed down. Responds to everything! I think most people would be fine. I hate that my skin is going through this crazy time. I gave the shampoo to my mother. I tried using the conditioner separately but the reaction was the same. So! But the smell didn't bother me which is a huge win and my hair looked so healthy and hydrated which I don't get from RX or Free and Clear Shampoo but I have to sacrifice something due to allergies :/
