These bags are great. They seal EVERY time. I just received them a few days ago and have used them several times to serve smoked peppers, roasted poblanos, and sweet summer corn. I also slice up grilled chicken and pack 3 ounces of breast in each bag for a quick snack when I'm cooking something else for my family. You are perfect. I seal individual servings and store them in a ziplock bag in the freezer. I've tried making small pouches from large rolls of Foodsaver pouches in the past but they won't seal. This is salvation! The freezer is no longer on! I have a pepper garden (18) and they sure come in handy for roasting or smoking and making a batch yourself. (Nobody else in my family eats pepper, but I eat it with almost every meal :) Will continue to buy it. I have zero complaints.
