Wash before use!
This hairnet had an unpleasant odor when I opened the package. I decided to give it a try that night anyway after putting my hair in curlers, but I had to take them off immediately because the back of my head started itching. I hand washed it the next day and used it the same night with no problems. I highly recommend washing this net before use. It does the job I ordered it for. This keeps my skates in place at night and the mesh is breathable. All in all very worth the price.
