Doesn't do what it's supposed to
I thought a safety razor on a staff would help but it doesn't. Pulls the dough, never cuts deep enough. Pretty useless. Maybe the razor is dull, maybe it just catches the real stick that the razor is on and pulls on it. I have baked 5-6 loaves of bread and tried punching dough with this "device" with no success. Meanwhile, I found a simple trick on the internet to cut the dough with kitchen scissors. Does it without sticking.
