Review on 🔪 Cooks Standard 25-Slot Acacia Knife Storage Block: Enhancing Kitchen Organization by Saradhi Suter

I bought this to replace one of KitchenAid's knife blocks which has several hundred plastic straws in place of knife slots; He wasn't able to keep all the knives I wanted handy. I've moved a few extra knives into this block and I still have a lot of unused space left. This is not solid bamboo - it's about 1/4 inch bamboo on top of another wood. It seems well done. There are no gaps or tears and everything appears to be finished smoothly. Arrived well packaged; It seemed like it would take some pretty obvious abuse to do any harm. Now that I see it I think I should have gone with something smaller but it looks like it will work fine. I am very satisfied with that; In any case, it's a big step up from its predecessor.
