An elegant addition to the fondue

We are a big fondue family. Our meeting on New Year's Eve is not a drinking session; It's a huge fondue. We have 8 pots and usually we have 28 to 32 people. Our festivals have EVERYTHING. Buffalo, elk, beef, shrimp, pork, chicken, crocodile, potatoes, eggplant, turnips, pizza rolls, mushrooms, breaded chicken, homemade crab wontons and even apple pie slices for dessert. We make any sauce you can imagine. But this big party only happens once a year. Our more intimate fondue has a more elegant theme and we bought these plates for those occasions. They were BEAUTIFUL additions to the table! Sauces don't mix with food, drain the last of the oil, or aren't cooked yet. This also keeps the fondue oil clean. I would highly recommend them and have in fact bought another set. The first set I bought wasn't enough, but I didn't want to buy another one as we've had issues with broken plates in the past. They weren't broken or chipped as they were well packaged. The ceramic coating was even and the slabs were perfectly formed with no deformation. Highly recommended!
