The Helping Hands Station is delivered in a simple box, the weight of which is immediately noticeable when you touch it. These helping hands are a good weight, they don't pinch or tilt when working with them, I realized that before I assembled them. Now when I opened the box I saw what appeared to be all the parts but noticed that there were no papers. So no instructions in the box. There isn't too much detail and I'm a bit of a techie, I can figure out how to put things together but without a photo for reference I'm a little lost with all the pieces. I had to come back here and reference the photos on this list to figure out how to put them together. That was all this company had to do, just put a chart in the box. Putting it together would be a bit quicker if a chart or whatever was included, so I wouldn't have to open that list and link to the photos here. All in all, this Helping Hands station is pretty good. The hands have good tension and hold their place well. The base has a good weight, it doesn't tip or wobble. Except for the missing assembly instructions, everything is as I expected.
