The staff at GCDM has been very helpful in managing our website, social media pages as well with email campaigns throughout out entire year! I have no complaints about their work or service provided thus far!! If there were any issues we had they would be addressed immediately once brought up by myself & team members.

Communication between both parties was always open which made this process so much easier than dealing w/ other companies that may not want feedback from clients / customers (even if it's positive). It seems like most agencies these days don't really care what you think unless specifically requested otherwise - but here everything went smoothly! And since my business requires multiple people working together seamlessly across departments such things can sometimes get lost within communication lines especially when time constraints run high :-p But nothing too terrible overall just some minor quibbles i could mention :) Overall great experience doing Business With them!!
