Review on DADAWEN Frosty Snow Boot For Women With Waterproof Design by Jason Elliss

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pretty nice boots for the price - but wish the foot area was more insulated and cushy inside

I have a narrow foot and wear a 6-1/2 size shoe. I also wore Moon Boots back-in-the-day and those boots were very padded and cushy on the inside, and they kept my feet really toasty, so hoped these would be about the same. Well . not quite .The PROS:1) Based on the reviews, I bought the boots in a 6-1/2. Glad I did as I found them to still have some extra room inside even when wearing a thick pair of socks - so I added a double-thick foam insole to help take up the extra room and add more cushy-comfort to the sole. I recommend adding an insole not only for comfort but to help keep your feet warmer.2) They are well made - looks like all seams and such are spot-on and no problems with the overall construction. The CONS:1) Be aware they have NO padding inside for the soles of your feet. As they are still a bit roomy even with the added insole, I'll have to wear 2 pair of thick socks if I don't want to feel them slipping up-and-down a bit when I walk in them. And to keep my feet warmer if necessary.2) ALSO . I have worn these a number of times now out in the snow and am disappointed that my toes can get cold in these boots due to the lack of more padding/insulation in the boot toe area. Not at all like the Moon boots I remember. But overall, for the price I paid, I feel I got a good deal and would recommend this brand.
