The most important thing you need to know is never buy this microphone stand

. It literally broke when I took it out of the box. It's not like the box was damaged or anything like that. The springs in the mic mount literally broke as soon as I squeezed them. The durability of this mic stand is terrible. It has very cheap plastic parts. I will definitely be returning this item!
