I decided to wait a little after purchase to write this review as I knew it would take some time for my body to get used to the new chair. I've been sitting in it every day in my home office for about 3 months now and feel I have a pretty good idea of the pros and cons: Pros: - This chair was VERY easy to assemble out of the box, with clear and simple Instructions. - Looks very professional - Wheels roll fairly smoothly - I have hardwood floors, but I also tested it on carpet and found it easy to roll on both types of surfaces. Con (pretty big minus as I'm deducting 2 stars): Although the pillow was VERY comfortable and soft to begin with, after three months of use it is already thinning in some places. It's really hard to explain, but it's almost like taking a piece of memory foam and cutting off 1cm of where you sit every week. It's gotten to the point that if I press my hand lightly on the seat, I can feel the tip of the nail(?) VERY, VERY clearly in two different places on the pillow where the thigh/lower buttocks rest. Not having the funds to buy a new chair at the moment, I resorted to stacking cushions on top to prevent further bruising. Overall I don't think I would recommend this chair if you are looking for something that can stand the test of time.
