In November of 2022, I went out and purchased this Logitech G-413 keyboard. The fact that it rings is not anything that bothered me because of its sophisticated and robust design. I worked for a year and a half without receiving any comments, played mildly, and wrote text; nevertheless, here is where it began while printing a double click; I believe that perhaps my older hands started to shake? I checked the keyboard, and there are multiple instances of the truth. In games, the F1 key started acting strangely—either it worked or it didn't. Similarly, the other game keys either worked or they didn't. I crawled into the closet, searched until I discovered a package containing the keyboard, took out a check and a delivery note, looked for another month and a half until the end of the warranty, contacted the service directly, and on the recommendation of one reviewer, gave them a call to expedite the procedure. We owe a debt of gratitude to the Logitech technical support team since, after a week of back-and-forth emails and phone calls, they were kind enough to send us a replacement keyboard. Having said that, there is a caveat, and that is the fact that because I was given a new keyboard as part of a warranty case, there will not be a new warranty. And replacement will no longer be offered in the event that there are problems with it. I had a conversation with people who provide help; what should we do next in this situation? They have responded by saying to bring it, after which we will think about and attempt to comprehend what the issue is. And I believe that Romer-G is the source of the issue! Perhaps dust gets sucked in, or perhaps they are not as reliable as they claim to be. They could get a compressor to load the keyboard, but in all seriousness, cleaning it is quite difficult because the mounts are so fragile. Well, in general, I wrote a product for a triple with a plus, and thanks to those people supporting it, I wouldn't recommend it to my friends, and now I won't buy keyboards from Logitech myself, and as soon as a new one starts working, it will instantly be thrown in the garbage. And she will fail miserably every time.
