My 5 year old has a big belly so I usually order girls big shirts. Based on the reviews I ordered the medium and it fit like a girls large. It worked well. The T-shirt is very soft, thin, the sequins are dense, but do not fall off. The shirt has been folded and creased in the middle of the letters, and after washing once, the creases are better, but still a little. I think this is because the glitter print is so thick. The dark pink shirt is not as dark as in the photo but still pretty close. All in all, it worked for her birthday.
