Review on WWahuayuan Traditional Fermenting Airlock Fermented by Jeremy Ward

Thin Jar in Fermentation & More

Very thin glass that shatters into hundreds of thousands of pieces with a simple fall. I'm not giving 3 stars because it's broken, but because of the tiny pieces of broken glass on the floor. My hands are shiny now because they are full of tiny glasses. This type of glass should never be used for food containers. The seller invested a lot of money in the packaging, he should pay more attention to the product itself.

Pros
  • WATER TIGHT LID: Pour a bottle of water around the bowl of the lid to create an airtight seal around the base of the lid, allowing gas produced during fermentation to escape but preventing outside air from entering the cover penetrates. Jug. Avoid oxidation and bad smell while maintaining air circulation.
