Love it, it's a glass version of a traditional Chinese fermentation jar.

Good buy. It's a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but it works. And it's also nice when different types of vegetables are put in a glass.

Item condition not as rated

The item was packed in styrofoam and sealed well with tape. When the ferm jar was opened on 9/10/21 I found the top of the ferm jar had a nick on the rim and after putting Mui in the jar overnight I found a crack on the side of the jar, There is a dent/dimple in this area and thinning of the glass. The can is unusable. Thanks R Bro

Thin Jar in Fermentation & More

Very thin glass that shatters into hundreds of thousands of pieces with a simple fall. I'm not giving 3 stars because it's broken, but because of the tiny pieces of broken glass on the floor. My hands are shiny now because they are full of tiny glasses. This type of glass should never be used for food containers. The seller invested a lot of money in the packaging, he should pay more attention to the product itself.
