The scale has stopped working with an error message

I have had this scale since May 2020. zero pounds. I recalibrated the scale but the problem remained. I can't find the user manual anywhere on the net and there are no troubleshooting tips on the official website. Contact support and hope they can help you or replace the scale. At the moment I cannot recommend if the scale does not work within 6 months. :(
