The only problem I had with my monitor was making the necessary changes to the driver software to adjust the "overscan" so that the standard ICON positions were visible on the desktop.
(In the default settings, everything was positioned so that the first 50% of the left side of the first column of icons, as well as the top of the top bar and the bottom of the bottom taskbar were just "off screen" and therefore not visible, I've found that I can use NVIDIA SETTINGS software to add a 100px "margin" or overscan that moves everything right, down, and up as needed, leaving the taskbars and desktop surface fully usable have used the monitor as on my LINUX and on my WINDOWS 10 systems and am very happy with the clarity, brightness and contrast overall it was a good buy for me.
