Easy to Fly: Kites and Wind Chimes

Kites alone are fun and stand out from the crowd. Assembly was ok except for the fact that there were no instructions as to which bars are for which part so you just have to figure it out. Here's a tip: thicker long sticks go lengthwise in cloth Velcro pockets, slightly thinner and shorter ones go from wing tip to wing tip in other cloth Velcro pockets, and a thin white stick goes from tip to tail tip in plastic caps. Tie the sticks with ribbons to keep everything even. It's all pretty easy if you're familiar with kites, but some instructions would be nice. Another thing to consider is string improvement. I launched mine on the beach and the wind was pretty strong, but I didn't think it was strong enough to snap the line on a crowded beach. It's not too much fun to stalk people and apologize to them. The grip works well, offers a decent grip compared to a stick.
