I have been using evenstone for over 10 years now to help with my business needs in managing our social media presence. They are always available if we do not understand something about their services but they also provide excellent training so that new users can easily learn how things work without needing constant assistance from experienced staff members. There is nothing really i dislike at this time however there could be more features added to make it easier to use when interacting online via various platforms such as Twitter etc. We manage all of our accounts through them including Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn profiles which helps us keep up-to date regarding what people post about ourselves /our brand/ products and allows others to find us too!
- The customer service was very helpful whenever required along side other great employees who helped me out many times throughout 2018 especially during one specific account takeover situation within an old platform (Bull Horn)
- It took months before finding someone
