When I was looking for a laptop I didn't critique reviews because I thought it didn't matter, but when I saw reviews of this laptop, I got concerned did. about my purchase. I'll be blunt about what this product really is: the good and the bad. This is an honest and critical review of the ASUS VivoBook 15 from the perspective of someone who uses this laptop for programming and production (NOTE: I've only been using this laptop for a week).________Processor - Good. Very rarely do I notice a drop in quality/performance. He's doing his job. GRAPHIC CARD. Here I cannot help you with this particular system. I don't use it because of its graphical capabilities. But you should know that if you are looking for this PC to play with, you should not buy it. Buy a system specifically designed for gaming. Even if it costs more. STORAGE - This is completely normal for me. But you have to take five minutes and google the size of a gigabyte, the difference between hard drives and solid state drives and all that to decide what you need. However, if you don't work with entire databases, the default memory is fine. BATTERY LIFE - Poor. Actually it's pretty bad. If you run it on the highest of the four standard battery modes you're looking at. maybe an hour and a half? However, if you run it in battery saver mode, you can easily get five hours. A NOTICE. The charger is very light and compact, making charging on the go a breeze. SCREEN - Depends. When you have it at full brightness, it's beautiful. Looks great. But at low brightness it's kind of bad. It's not that bad, so it should be ok. AESTHETIC - A++. It looks amazing, it's compact and the built-in stand is no different than a regular laptop. I was personally worried that it wouldn't fit in my lap, but that's okay. The size is not too big, not too small.________ Overall I like this item very much. It's perfect for students on a budget but who need something that works and looks good. I saw something about "Macbook vibrations" and agree. If there's anything you can take away from this ACCURATE review, it's that this is the best laptop you can buy for $500.
