I am editing my original review. At first the glasses broke (the packaging didn't protect them). I wrote about it and asked for a refund. have not reordered. However, this morning I received a return of these glasses with a nice note from the seller. It was unexpected and convinced me that this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers, the quality of its products and its service model. The package received today was very well packed (tons of bubble wrap) and the glasses were in perfect condition. Now for the glasses themselves. They are really pretty and good quality. A great gift for those who love craft cocktails or just avid Scotch (or Bourbon) lovers. My only comment is that they are bigger and heavier than I would like. A slightly smaller version would be ideal. However, they are great and I highly recommend them. My attached photo shows one of these glasses with diagonal ice. optically beautiful and also cools the mood without melting quickly. It's easy to prepare - just pour in some spring water and freeze at an angle. Remove from freezer when ready to pour/serve. Works well with such thick, heavy glass that will withstand repeated freezing and thawing over time.
