Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent back support. makes me sit up straight Maybe a little lower. Watch out for pets!

This is an amazing chair but I have cats so I have to be careful as they are not used to a wheelchair. I wish it had a braking function so I could lock it in place when I'm where I want to be at my desk, but unfortunately it rolls with little pressure. In fact, it's so easy to roll that when the cats jump in it, it tries to roll with them on the floor. Assembly with my wife was pretty easy and we did it in five minutes. We've put some chairs together, so mileage may vary, but it's easy. I noticed that there was no rubber button on the metal end of the seat for protection, but that doesn't matter and doesn't seem to affect the seal. Everything was perfectly lubricated, so there were no problems with it. The casters slide and roll nicely across the floor, and I especially like the adjustable armrests. I can raise or lower them throughout the day depending on what I'm doing and for more stability while I'm working. The backrest is one of the best parts of a chair. It's quite expensive right now at $263 but I find it works as I no longer feel like I got my lower back kicked. I can adjust to force myself into better posture and it's far more effective than trying to wear a shoulder strap to remind me. The recline function isn't very sensitive either, so I have to be inside to adjust the backrest back into position if I let it go too far. The backrest in this chair is enough for me to tilt my head back. for a few minutes, but not so long that I felt like swimming backwards onto the fall. In fact, the only two downsides for me are that the casters aren't able to lock them in place, so I roll over if I'm not careful and the chair feels a little high. I have it as low as possible and I usually wear 32" inseam jeans, but my legs are tilted forward toward the floor when I'm on the seat. I can put my feet on the floor, but my knees are down, not at 90 degrees or higher. I have a small ottoman under the table so my feet are a little higher off the floor and I don't put my feet on the chair. Overall a great chair. I'm 5ft 7" and have enough room for a good head and neck support. I could easily be taller, and this chair would have a fairly high back. not soft, the armrests are actually quite comfortable. I usually put the mouse on the right armrest and use it when I need to get away from the car a bit. I would take it again. I would definitely recommend it. It fits as well as any gaming chair I've had and is perfect for my office. I have hardwood floors so if I had carpet I probably wouldn't drive.
