The belts are great. You don't have to switch every inch to a different hole as it's perfect for snapping like every 3/16 inch. You can tighten your belt by simply slipping it in and sliding it in without having to pull up your shirt or anything. To be honest I will probably never wear an old style belt again. You can easily trim it 1/4 inch shorter on fresh skin. Seems like you have to do this every few months. Also, after a while, the teeth on the clip will dull and won't hold up as well. This after a year of daily use. Replacing the belt clip is fairly cheap. I bought 4 straps, now I only have 2 spare leather straps. It's been in daily use for over 3 years and I have a separate belt for non-working pants. I love these belts, the wear and tear issues with these belts are not much different than the issues with regular belts. It's just a much more comfortable and convenient strap to wear!
