Just what I needed. Very good value.
I bought these to go on my wife’s 2018 Hyundai Kona to be able to strap a kayak onto her car. These are simple, but look almost as nice as the Thule Aero bars on my Volkswagen. The cross bars are sturdy, lightweight and aerodynamic. The installation was simple and fast. I have no concerns about stability / structural integrity. The black plastic locking covers on each side feel a little cheap and I wonder how many years they will hold up on the Colorado sun before getting brittle and cracking. but who knows I could be pleasantly surprised. Overall, from the standpoints of value for the money and meeting my needs, am very happy with this purchase .
- Not a real tight/custom fit but good for the money
- The crossbars may produce noise or vibrations while driving, which can be an annoyance
