I bought a green strap with black leather inserts and it looks exactly like the picture. It is a straight strip with no taper and has multiple holes for maximum dimensional compatibility. I actually wish it had a few smaller holes because I have a small wrist, but it's my second size and it's a good combination of freedom of movement and tightness. It's stiff when you first take it out of the box so you'll need to break it in, but it's easy and doesn't take long. The small adjustable black leather ring doesn't move too much so I don't have to constantly adjust it like some other watch straps do. Installation was easy and I was a bit worried because the pins looked flimsy, but they were solid and I had no issues with them. They even send a small tool to install the bracelet. I wear it all the time since I bought it about 2 weeks ago? And it has held up well to everyday wear, although the corners at the end of the strap are starting to show signs of wear. But for the price I'm thrilled. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
