Very disappointed. I bought this vacuum cleaner for pets only. I have a German shepherd who sheds when vacuuming. It's everywhere, but the reason I chose this one is because the other vacuum cleaner didn't do anything but pet hair. I received this vacuum cleaner and tried to vacuum the hair off the couch. They didn't even take 2. I ordered another one and decided I would leave it as a vacuum that picks up everything else. This thing doesn't absorb anything and the lifespan is about 15 minutes of continuous use. It's easy to clean, but who cares if it doesn't collect anything. An absolute waste of money for general cleaning and an even bigger waste if you have a shedding pet. Seriously skip this and look elsewhere. A lint roller would make more sense.
