I already have a pair of running gloves but due to constant cold I had to change the second pair while one was being washed. They're not exactly thin, but they seem very light. Both hands go over the touchscreen with their index finger, I don't know what it's called. They seem to work well, although I don't carry my phone with me when I run. I would say that the overall package is a bit big. If you're between sizes, simply go down the size if you prefer a snug fit. This material stretches a little anyway.
