I bought this item because it looked exactly like the broken WaterPik floss I was replacing. Otherwise it may be damaged. At the end of the resulting floss tip is a tiny white rubber tip that cannot be removed as shown in the photo. The opening of this rubber tip is too small for my use. so as not to tear the gums. So I ordered the one pictured on the Revain page. The aperture was significantly larger in the subject shown. Must return
