Review on 🚗 Akozon Car Diagnostic Tool, VCM 2 2 in 1 Automotive Scanner with Multilanguage IDS Diagnostic Tool for Ford V121 and Mazda V121 by Chase Cooper

Received today and already given up. The instructions they send you are extremely vague and contradictory, not to mention the 4 files on the CD they send are labeled as different types of trojans that are driving my computers crazy. I tried installing this software anyway, just in case it's a false positive on an air gap VM, and while I was able to install the software and it worked, the device itself is messed up. As soon as you plug it in (tested on 5 computers with and without a virtual machine), the computer says "This USB device is corrupt" and refuses everything else. I tried to connect without driver, no. Something must be broken on the circuit board inside, but I'll just use a different brand clone. It even has a wireless logo on the case, but I don't have it. I looked for bluetooth and wifi. As a seller I would recommend dropping the price by about $40 and then selling this as HARDWARE ONLY. The software you include is not only patched and flagged as a virus, but also outdated and causing problems (even if you can install it, that's 50/50 too). If the device itself works, you can "rent" a legitimate IDS license from Ford, and I would if it works. :(
