Was broken and could not be returned.

When I received this product everything looked fine. It took me a little time to plug it in to use it and when I did I realized that this product is completely broken and useless. I've waited too long to get it back and I've never been able to get in touch with anyone to try to resolve the situation. I would not recommend buying from them.

Don't waste your time with this absolute RUBBISH

I spent days trying to get this thing to work. Some parts of the software could be opened, but they were absolutely useless. I couldn't do anything. The instructions they gave were clearly typed in Microsoft Word and took less than 10 minutes to create. Don't even get me started on the horrible customer service these people offer. They may care less if you can use their product. They always tell you that "everything is there with instructions" but in reality a 6 year old could write betterโ€ฆ

Hope you enjoy finding out for yourself

Received today and already given up. The instructions they send you are extremely vague and contradictory, not to mention the 4 files on the CD they send are labeled as different types of trojans that are driving my computers crazy. I tried installing this software anyway, just in case it's a false positive on an air gap VM, and while I was able to install the software and it worked, the device itself is messed up. As soon as you plug it in (tested on 5 computers with and without a virtualโ€ฆ
