I like how easy it is to track my calls and create call reports. The customer service has always been great! I love that you can add in notes for each call. It's very helpful for making sure all information is correct. Sometimes there is lag time between when the call is recorded and when it shows up on the dashboard. I wish this didn't happen but it does make sense since it may take a few seconds after a call has ended to actually update in the system. I'm using Lead Forensics to help manage our sales process. I'm able to easily follow up on any missed steps or times that we don't have good conversations with potential clients. We know exactly what stage of the process things are in and who hasn't had a chance to speak with us.
