Review on GWHOLE by Richard Cummings

GWHOLE's patio, lawn, and garden products came so highly recommended that I couldn't wait to test them out. But I was let down by what I saw and heard. What I got was of a lower quality than I had anticipated. The plant stakes and trellises were poorly made, and the grass and garden supplies were of poor quality. The purchasing procedure was unclear, and the website was frustrating to use. The shipment arrived late and was poorly packaged. The support staff was uninformed about their own offerings and generally useless. Their personnel was unhelpful and sloppy. Overall, I felt like GWHOLE fell short of my expectations. In my capacity as a social media advocate, I simply cannot endorse their offerings. Better product, service, and value can be found at a variety of other businesses.
