✅The color is a good alternative to black.✅Good storage box and extra ear pads included.😣I don't get the earpiece (everything) fits, it hurts my ear, as well as a piece that through the ear, after a few minutes it's too easy to drop the call if I try to adjust the handset so I can hear what's being said. Funny sits in the ears. ✅ I'm used to plantronics which always fit and NEVER hurt hoping it would be a replacement after reading other reviews maybe for them but not for me. ☹️The sound quality is bad for any music, has a very "tinny" sound. It's hard to hear the conversation
